This charming family home in Cornwall offers a perfect retreat for both relaxation and adventure, located on the scenic Roseland Peninsula, close to the picturesque town of St Mawes. The property boasts expansive sea views and ample space for families, with an annex games room featuring table tennis, darts, gym equipment, and a children’s playroom complete with books, games, and a PlayStation. The adults will love the spacious first-floor living area, which includes a fully equipped kitchen, a large dining area, and a comfortable lounge with a wood burner, Smart TV, and Wi-Fi.
The cottage accommodates up to 6 adults and 2 children, with four stylishly furnished bedrooms on the ground floor. The master bedroom offers a sumptuous super-king-size bed with an en-suite walk-in shower and WC. There are also two additional king-size bedrooms, one with an en-suite shower room, and a final bedroom with bunk beds, perfect for younger guests
Outside, you'll find plenty of space to unwind with a balcony overlooking the rear garden, along with an outdoor seating area complete with a fire pit, BBQ, and a large dining table. The quaint coastal village of St Mawes offers a range of outdoor activities, including walks along the headland, visits to St Mawes Castle, and ferry trips to Falmouth and the Trelissick Estate. Perfect for families seeking a peaceful yet adventurous holiday, the cottage includes parking for two vehicles and is designed as a family-friendly retreat.
