About this house rental
Welcome to our newly renovated 3-bedroom/2-bathroom home! We are conveniently located from the best of Birmingham and interstates: minutes from Uptown, Protective Stadium, Top Golf, UAB, the airport, and more! Between the bedrooms and the living room sofa bed, we can accommodate 12 guests. The open-concept layout offers plenty of space for families or friend groups traveling together. Pets are welcome with a fee. We would love to host you!
Guests will enter through the front door by using a digital keypad. Step inside to the open-concept living room, dining space, and kitchen. Make yourself at home! The living room has a queen sofa bed, two armchairs, and a SmartTV. The kitchen is fully equipped with all essential kitchenware items needed to prepare meals during your stay. The washer and dryer are in the closet in the kitchen. This home has three bedrooms. The first bedroom is off the kitchen with a full bed and a twin-over-twin bunk bed. The second bedroom is the master with a king bed, twin-over-twin bunk bed, and an ensuite bathroom with a stand-up shower. The third bedroom has a full bed. The second full bathroom has a shower/tub combination. Out back, a charcoal grill is available. Occasionally, previous guests have told us that they do not like our transitioning neighborhood. We think it is great, and have never had any security issues, but we understand that everyone has different experiences and want to make sure you are comfortable in our home. If you are concerned about the neighborhood, we would be happy to talk with you about it. No refunds due to the neighborhood if you arrive and decide to cancel. ***A pack 'n play/travel crib is available upon request.***
