20 minute stroll to Tahuna beach or 5 minutes to the Waterfront Restaurants and only a 4 minute drive to the city centre.
The space
Large lounge and large balcony, King size bed with En-suite. Tea and coffee making facilities, suitable for short stays only up to 5 days, as there is no kitchen, but suitable for a bottle of wine and a takeaway or some goodies from the deli to enjoy on the balcony. Four restaurants within walking distance.
~ Facilities include fridge, kettle, Free wireless internet, complimentary tea and coffee, Smoking outside only.

The Nightly rate in Dec Jan Feb March and April is NZ $189.00
Rest of the year The Nightly rate is NZ $159.00

I chose this place because of the location / view & it didn’t disappoint ... there were container ships coming & going & lots of activity at the entrance to the marina ... we got to meet the lovely host Mary & her beautiful cat too ... the apartment has everything you need & more - little touches of hand made soap & plenty of reading material if you ever get sick of that view ... there is plenty of room & not far to the shopping in town ... Thank you Mary for sharing your slice of paradise with us for 2 nights : )

Perfect spot - had quite a few appointments in Nelson over the 3 days but really didn't want to leave the apartment - magic posi overlooking The Cut. Mary was great...very comfortable stay and every possible detail had been thought of - will definitely book again - R

Wonderful location, incredible sunset views of the harbour. Nice, clean, tastefully decorated and comfortable apartment with easy check in/out.Steep driveway and a bit tricky to find the house all the way at the top, followed by steps up to the house, but well worth it. We had our own parking spot. We would love to stay here again and enjoy more of the wonderful city of Nelson
