Ideal for couples looking for a place to relax and enjoy romantic moments. Nearby is a small commercial center with markets, banks, bakeries, and restaurants. Located 5 minutes from Recanto de Itaipuaçu beach. The space: With an entire plot of land, the property offers total privacy to guests, and is super cozy with more than one ambiance option, making it a perfect place to enjoy a romantic moment with your partner. Guest access: In addition to relaxing in the jacuzzi, there's a pergola at the front of the property, a great place to chat while enjoying the fire pit. We also have a small organic garden with various herbs. A Smart TV, sound system, air conditioning, Wi-Fi throughout the house, speakers, kitchen utensils, microwave, among other things... Other observations JACUZZI: AFTER THREE HOURS OF USE, A BREAK OF AT LEAST THREE HOURS IS NECESSARY TO PREVENT OVERHEATING OF THE JACUZZI. REMEMBER THAT IT IS THE GUEST'S RESPONSIBILITY TO USE THE EQUIPMENT CORRECTLY. THE USE OF SUNSCREEN, TANNING LOTION, OR ANY OTHER TYPE OF CHEMICAL PRODUCT IS NOT ALLOWED IN THE JACUZZI. DETAILS ON THE USE OF THE JACUZZI WILL BE GIVEN BY THE HOST UPON THE GUEST'S ARRIVAL. I take this opportunity to remind you that the hot tub has a stunning view of the Tiririca mountain range. To keep our garden always beautiful, it's important to remember that maintenance is necessary. At least every other day, we need to go into the yard.
