Tucked away on the 5th floor, 402E is a beachfront retreat where the sights and sounds of the Gulf take center stage. Step onto your private balcony and let the sea breeze greet you as waves roll onto the sugar-white sands below. Whether you're sipping coffee at sunrise or toasting to a spectacular sunset, the view never gets old.
Inside, this cozy haven is all about comfort and ease. The open living space is bathed in natural light, creating a warm, airy atmosphere perfect for unwinding after a day in the sun. The fully equipped kitchen makes meal prep a breeze—whether it's a laid-back breakfast before hitting the beach or a seafood feast to enjoy with the ocean as your backdrop. The Master bedroom has a King size bed with attached bathroom. The second guest bedroom features a queen bedroom right across the hall from another full bathroom with a tub/shower combo perfect for the kids. The couch has a pull out for an extra sleeping area.

Upon booking we will send you a Rental Agreement for e-signature.
Security systems/cameras:
For the security of our guests and condo, we have external security cameras.
ID and Selfie Required
Upon booking, we will be requesting a copy of your driver's license and a selfie holding it. While tedious, this step critical to protect both us and you from fraud.

This property is in the best location for an easy in and out of parking. The condo was very spacious and clean and we loved the setup! It's a smaller property so the pool was never to full and the beach access was very nice. 10/10 will be staying here again.

The view was outstanding. Need sofa mattress replaced and lounge chairs for balcony because we spent most of our time there and were able to see the children on the beach
