About this house rental
Unwind in this spacious, equestrian-themed retreat in a peaceful upscale country setting! Set on a large fenced lot, this dog-friendly home offers comfy new beds, Roku TVs in every bedroom, and all the amenities you’d expect. Enjoy shuffleboard, gather outdoors, or relax with easy access thanks to the 2-car garage with remote. Plenty of room to roam and recharge—perfect for a serene getaway just outside the city buzz.
I like to give guests there space. Therefore, I will only "check in" a couple times during your stay. However, we respond to inquiries immediately and are available to answer any questions or problems you may experience during your stay.
We do require guests to sign our rental agreement. The rental agreement comes available after booking is complete. We do require guests to sign our rental agreement. The rental agreement comes available after booking is complete. We allow cancellation with a full refund (-4% processing fee for VRBO guests), within 2 hours of booking if guest doesn't agree to terms outlined in rental agreement. Once the 2 hour review window has closed, the cancellation policy is in effect.

Local residents (Leon, Wakulla, Jefferson, Gadsden counties), must disclose so before booking and send a request. This home is located 9 miles (15 minutes) to Midtown and 11 miles or (20 minutes to FSU). On the north side of town 8-10 minutes away are multiple dining and shopping options. We are dog friendly for well behaved house trained dogs under 50 pounds. Limit of 2 dogs, We charge a fee of $65 per dog per reservation/stay.
Our cleaners obtain digital proof after cleaning and prior to each guests' arrival assuring that everything is clean and in place for a wonderful stay.We use luxury down bedding in all our properties for superior comfort. We do not offer alternative bedding for those that may be allergic. Any failed payments within 30 days of check-in may result in cancellation of reservation. We had a lovely time in Tallahassee. The house fit our family perfectly and all was how it appeared in the photos.

We enjoyed our stay. The place is as advertised. It’s an older home that has been remodeled with a modern feel. Big kitchen and open areas to gather. The yard is huge so our dogs had plenty of room to explore Quiet neighborhood that is convenient to stores and restaurants. Probably a 20-25 min drive to downtown and FSU/FAMU campus. Our only suggestion to the owner is to increase the number of washcloths and towels available to guests. We ended up having to do laundry to make sure we had clean washcloths for daily showers. Also, please take a look at the rug in the living room. In its current state it is a tripping hazard because the ends are curled up.

Attending my fathers 90th birthday celebration. Everything was as expected with great communication from our host. The large backyard was a major hit with our dogs. Looking forward to staying again and loved the location.
