The vacation rental at Villa Linde, Apartment 23, is centrally located in a prime spot in the Baltic Sea resort town of Göhren. It’s just a few steps to the town center, which features many shops, including a supermarket, a bakery, and several cafés and restaurants—yet the apartment stands out for its very quiet location on a side street (Lindenstraße). In the green backyard of Villa Linde, there is a small children’s playground as well as parking spaces belonging to the house (access from Thiessower Straße). The well-maintained, fine-sand northern beach—and thus the main beach—features a pier, a resort stage hosting many events throughout the year, as well as designated sections for dogs and naturists. If you prefer a quieter, more natural setting, you can head to the south beach of the Baltic Sea resort. Both beaches are easily accessible on foot or by local bus, which is included with the spa pass. The terminus of the “Rasender Roland” train is located very close to the North Beach. From here, you can take trips to neighboring towns such as Baabe, Sellin, and Binz. You can also reach the Baltic Sea resorts of Baabe, Sellin, and Binz on foot or by bike via the beach promenade. You can also explore the fishing villages of Gager, Thiessow, and Klein Zicker via well-maintained bike paths.

This bright and comfortable non-smoking vacation apartment, furnished in a maritime style, is located on the first floor of Villa Linde. With approximately 50 m², it offers plenty of space for up to 2 people. You enter the apartment through a spacious hallway featuring a large closet, where you’ll also find a clothes rack, an ironing board, and an iron. The bright living/dining area opens onto your furnished terrace (south/west) via floor-to-ceiling French doors. Here, you can enjoy breakfast in peace or unwind on balmy summer evenings. A comfortable corner sofa with a coffee table, a floor lamp, an armchair, a sideboard with a flat-screen TV, a DAB radio, Wi-Fi access, and a dining area complete the room. The separate kitchen is a real highlight; it’s equipped with a retro refrigerator with a freezer compartment, an oven, a dishwasher, a ceramic cooktop, a microwave, a coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle, a blender, a hand blender, and other kitchen utensils. In the cozy bedroom, you’ll find a box-spring bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m), nightstands, blackout curtains, and a screen door to ensure a peaceful night’s sleep. The interior bathroom is equipped with a sink area, a toilet, a hair dryer, a cosmetic mirror, a walk-in shower, and—as a highlight—an illuminated massage shower with 6 modes as well as rain and waterfall functions. One dog is a welcome guest and will have its own sleeping area. You can store any bicycles you bring or rent in the communal basement. A parking space (No. 23) is included and available behind the house. You can book an initial linen package (complete set of bed linens, 1 shower towel, 2 small hand towels, 2 dish towels) up to 14 days before arrival for an additional fee, or you can bring your own to supplement it.
