If any problems arise, I will do my best to take action ASAP.
For nonemergency issues, I do not send maintenance to the property during your stay, only after you depart.
At least 1 adult guest (25+) must be part of the group.
4 people max. Please have an accurate guest count.
No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/acts of god/ other things that are beyond our control.
We provide a start of supplies like toilet paper and paper towels. You will need to buy more if you’re booking an extended stay.

The apartment was a lovely and cozy place to stay during my trip to St. Louis. The hostess was very kind and open to answering any questions I had throughout my stay, and she provided reminders and recommendations for places to go in St. Louis. And while the parking was street parking, it wasn't too difficult to find parking.
