All guests are subject to verification checks and are required to provide the necessary information to us within 24 hours of booking. Same-day bookings are required to provide the information within 1 hour of booking. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation that does not meet our verification check criteria.
Pets ARE allowed depending on size, please let us know beforehand and be upfront about bringing a pet to avoid cancellation. The following additional PER Pet Cleaning Fee applies :

5 -29 Nights: $200
30+ Nights: $300

Size of spaces was ample and as anticipated but unit requires updates! Blinds were broken, bathroom exhaust fan did not work and ceiling paint was peeling, carpet severely stained in one bedroom and one bedroom lacked closet doors.
