About this apartment rental
The apartment is very bright and welcoming, located in a beautiful Florentine building in one of the most exclusive streets of Florence.
The apartment is 10 minutes away from the Duomo and a few steps from the river Arno.
The space consists of a slepping area with a double bedroom, a single bedroom and a bathroom with shower, while tje living area is characterizes by a fully equipped kitchen and a large living room with sofa.
Upon arrival, our guests will find a courtesy kit to meet their first needs (toilet paper, soap, shampoo, etc.).
The apartment is located in a restricted traffic zone.
Check-in is by appointment from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM. For arrivals after 8:00 PM, a supplement will be applied.
Service limitation:
Air conditioning in Italy is regulated by national laws that set a minimum temperature of 20°C and a maximum of 22°C.
The temperature values allowed in our apartment are 19°C (+ 2°C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21° C. Based on Decree no. 383 of 6/10/2022 of the Ministry of Ecological Transition, for the winter season, the period of switching on the systems for the Municipality of Florence is allowed from 8 November to 7 April, for a maximum of 11 hours per day.
Pay attention to your house keys. In case of loss or non-delivery of the keys, a cost of 50 Euros will be charged for replacing the lock for security reasons.
For urgent interventions caused by the guest outside office hours (from 10pm to 8am) a payment of EUR100 will be required
As per italian law n°214/2011 (art. 40.1) the italian police require us to report our guests' identification details. The info that guests are required to provide include a valid ID and resident address.
To ensure maximum comfort for all guests, we recommend using the shower one person at a time. The apartment is equipped with a water heater, so simultaneous use of hot water may temporarily reduce the water temperature
City Tax: € 6,00 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 7 nights

The location was good and the place was clean, but the place is on the 3rd floor, no elevator (watch out, not handicap friendly at all). But my group was fine with lugging bags up stairs. There is no AC in this place though, so if it’s warm (which for us it was in early June) you will need to open the windows, which have no screens to keep out bugs and we had mosquito bites after sleeping with windows open. We also asked for a place to keep our bags in between checkout and catching our train later that day and they didn’t accommodate the bags, only referred us to a place which we had to pay 40 at for a few hours to secure our luggage. Overall it was alright but I wouldn’t stay here again.
