The air-conditioned room is furnished with a comfortable double bed and has an en suite bathroom complete with walk-in shower and bidet. The walls are soundproofed.
Breakfast is included, and is served every morning on the terrace, where you can also relax, comfortably seated on lounge chairs and sun loungers.

The location is perfect for a stay within walking distance of all amenities. The nearest beaches are Purità, in the historic center, and Lido San Giovanni, on the seafront towards Baia Verde, both about 1.5 km away.
Nearby are various places of interest such as the Angevin Castle and the Co-cathedral Basilica of Sant`Agata. The nearest airport is Papola Casale di Brindisi, about 80 km away.
- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 11.30pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Tidying up of accommodation with change of bathroom linen, for day.
- Change of bed linen, each 3 days.
