About this house rental
Modern mountain home situated along a designated scenic byway at the top of the Rocky Mountains! A solar array of 36 panels helps make this off grid home feel like on grid living, but it is powered by clean solar energy. We are located at 9,200 feet, 10 mins to Ski Cooper, 25 mins to either Vail or Leadville on dry roads, yet easily accessible with a short private driveway to access the house off HWY 24, a scenic byway. The perfect location for a true Colorado mountain experience! Enjoy dinners on the patio using our propane gas grill. Coffee in the mornings in the solarium or yoga on the sun drenched deck. Sun bathe on the loune Games are provided. Endless outdoor activities right out your back door.
Two bedrooms and a full bathrooms with incredible views to Mt. of the Holy Cross to the south and Chicago Ridge to the north. The main floor living and kitchen areas open out to a solarium to take in the amazing sunshine and views. Step out onto the patio with a six seat table and grill.
There is a half bath on this level as well. The lower level has two more bedrooms, full bath and a second living space with a second TV and a pull out sofa. The lower solarium has a ping pong table and a foosball table with huge doors that open up to a private 800 sq ft deck with a fire pit table and is surrounded by wildflowers in summer. The views are incredible from every level.
