This property has potential but is not up to standards. Facility is old and needs major updating. We rented 3 rooms all were in similar co dition. TV's in 2 rooms did not work. There is no ice and no working vending machines the mgr did give ice he had. There is no seals on the bottom of the doors so easy access for insects, etc. The stairway to top floor is very narrow. There was nothing to hang clothes on or to place luggage we just laid ours on the floor. There was a microwave and refrigerator and hairdryer. The hotel location could demand higher rates but at this time much improvement is required. Mgr advised he has recently acquired the property had plans to make improvements.

This could be a very nice place. It is broken down. There was no furniture in my room on the desk. They could do a lot better with simple things, but they choose to be the low cost provider. They low cost motel slept with the lights on so come out.

It was a very good hotel service wise, but the bed aren’t the best, they are really hard and they don’t provide any shampoo/conditioner also no ice machine or coffee maker. But other than that it was a nice stay.

Bathroom was extremely worn and dirty. Toilet seat was very old and worn. Hair was found all over the sink, bathroom and a few of the towels. Room lacked a table so I had to use the ironing board as a work table. Wifi barely worked most of the time.

It’s the cheapest hotel in Watsonville but bed is too firm, no coffee in the room or office and no ice. The staff were nice and it’s a convenient location but just not comfortable

The room was clean and the bathroom countertop was large, would recommend if you need a lot of space to get ready/put some makeup on. The cost of stay can't be beat for the area, I would stay here again if I was in town. Manager was also kind and helpful!

1)The designated parking space for our unit was used by someone else on the first night. Fortunately we were able to park still close to our unit. 2) There was never room service. Trash and used towels were never changed. Nevermind the bathroom door not working. Besides this, meh... regular motel. Found some hairs on the "clean sheets".
