The only hotel which provides us with an early check in at 6.am Extremely grateful for the staff who helped us out! Its Extremely close to the beach, bike rentals right in front of the hotel, close to good restaurants. Super budget friendly as well! Amazing place to stay!

Everything was good except for the drinking water I'd to buy it from the shop everytime

I am writing this review solely to prevent other travelers—especially families with infants—from being misled by the deceptive photos, inflated ratings, and inaccurate descriptions of this property on Agoda. Hotel Pasquina is a highly substandard property that does not justify its pricing in any manner. In reality, this hotel is comparable to an ordinary ₹500–₹1,000 budget lodge, yet it was sold to us for approximately ₹5,000 per night, which is completely unjustifiable. We arrived at the property around 6:00 PM. The approach road for the last ~200 meters is extremely narrow, allowing only one vehicle to pass with difficulty. The parking space is very limited and can accommodate at most four cars, that too with significant inconvenience. Upon entering the room, we were completely shocked. While the photographs on Agoda portray a spacious and premium room, the actual room was small, poorly maintained, and resembled a low-end budget hotel. An old, worn-out almirah was placed inside the room (actual photos attached). The bathroom condition was unacceptable: The tap handle came off immediately upon touching it. A cheap plastic bucket and a mug with a broken handle were provided. The ventilator behind the commode had missing glass panes, with the adjacent building extremely close, severely compromising privacy. Despite the property claiming to be newly built in 2023, most bathroom fittings (hand faucet, cloth hangers) and even the mirror were rusted. The mirror was extremely small (approximately 1 ft × 0.5 ft), completely inconsistent with any three-star standard. Although Agoda lists this property as a three-star hotel, basic amenities such as an electric kettle were missing. After raising a complaint, the manager replaced the broken mug, covered the ventilator opening with a newspaper, and provided a kettle—clearly ad-hoc fixes rather than proper maintenance. The property does not have any kitchen or restaurant facility. As a result, guests must step outside even for basic necessities like tea, which is extremely inconvenient—especially for families traveling with infants. Additionally, the entire night was disturbed by continuous loud barking of stray dogs outside the hotel. The noise was clearly audible inside the room and made it very difficult to sleep, further worsening an already poor stay experience. The check-out experience was extremely unpleasant and unprofessional: The check-out time is not mentioned on Agoda. At 10:30 AM, the manager called and informed us that check-out time was 11:00 AM. As we were traveling with an 8-month-old baby, we requested a short extension until 12:00 noon. The manager reluctantly agreed to 11:30 AM. Despite this, he called twice more between 10:30–11:00 AM, repeatedly pressuring us to return and vacate the room. Upon our return, the manager demanded the key to my car and insisted on moving it outside the premises. Even after assuring him that we would vacate the room shortly and only needed time to load luggage into the car, he refused to allow the car to remain parked inside. I have stayed in many hotels across India, but I have never experienced such rude, uncivilized, and unprofessional behavior from a hotel manager. @Agoda: This property should not be listed on your platform, and it certainly should not carry the “Agoda Preferred” label. The aggressive marketing and misleading presentation are completely disconnected from the ground reality. I strongly urge Agoda to conduct proper verification and audits of such properties, as experiences like this severely erode customer trust.
