Amazing area, amazing staff, we were taken care of all weekend, were very helpful when we asked where to go in Miami, I will stay here every time I come to Miami

We found 72 park and from the moment we walked in we knew we were at the right place. This place was way classy. We had a corner room that had a very large wrap around balcony. The pool on the fifth floor was amazing and very spacious. The staff was very nice. Room was equipped with every appliance that we needed for our family. The only down fall of this place was that during a mid night trip to the bathroom I found a large cockroach crawling around our bathtub, quite disgusting. When I mentioned this to the employee at the front desk he seemed like this was normal and didn't offer any sort of solution. That was off putting. We tried calling the phone number provided to us, since you can't talk to the employees there, about this issue and they did not answer. All in all, we had a great trip except for those two things.
