The condo was clean. Sheets and linens were clean and updated. We cooked most of our meals at the condo and were able to with the stocked kitchen. The owner, Matt, communicates with you if you have any questions which is super helpful. I almost gave a 4 star review because the photos for the listing do not depict the current state of the beach due to the storms that have hit the area. If booking in the future, the condo is great and Matthew is very helpful, however the beach are is completely different than the pictures in the listing.

We had a wonderful time at this condo. There were 5 of us so a 2 bedroom plus pullout couch was very comfortable. We appreciated the initial supplies of liquid hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, auto dishwashing liquid, laundry detergent and trash bag. Beds were already made with cute sea themed sheets. The provided towels came prepackaged in clear plastic for each of us. The kitchen had everything we needed for 5 people, T-fal pots and pans. You will need to bring your own spices for cooking, there was only salt and pepper. The TV had cable and the owner provided HULU for free. The laundry is shared by all 4 condos in the building but we had no problems having access to it. Owner was very responsive to any texts. Beach chairs etc are not provided so bring your own, which we did. Most importantly it was ocean front for an affordable price. I would definitely recommend this condo and would absolutely stay here again. The 3 other condos in this building are also available if you have a larger family. Thank you so much for a wonderful vacation.

This rental is non-refundable from the moment you push the button. My credit card was charged the full amount within 5 minutes of pushing the button to reserve. My credit card company alerted me of the transaction. I was stunned at how fast the money was taken. Less than 24 hours later I discovered that I had a conflict with the date. It is non-refundable and no exceptions.
Otherwise, the unit is modest and is as advertised....except for the ants.
