Day we checked in, we thought someone was inside due to dryer running. Contacted host and they responded quickly. We did utilize washer and dryer. Dryer seemed to take forever to dry clothes. At check in, floors seemed really sticky, which is not the host fault as they have housekeepers! We enjoyed the open room and space available. We did bring lawn chairs to sit on balcony. The kitchen was the biggest disappointment. Limited cookware, utensils. No storage containers for leftovers, no tinfoil, no Saran Wrap. Difficult to keep leftovers fresh. Grill was not fully assembled, hard to use lid since no handle. Overall, the stay was great. This location is great. Not far from bus stop(which we used a lot!). Great communication with host, even got to meet him as he came to do lawn care. Plenty of room for 4 adults and 2 teens. Would definitely stay again if in the New York area!!
