House with pool, garden, incredible views and well located.

La Tiná Nueva is a mountain home with a modern touch. It features a pool, garden, barbecue, and incredible views of Pico del Yelmo and Segura de la Sierra. Nestled amid mountains and unspoiled nature, it offers the privilege of unique views. A green setting where the sound of birdsong will catch your attention. A little cottage where the greenery of its spaces blends seamlessly with the green landscape. Very easy to reach and perfectly located—within a 5- to 30-minute drive in any direction, you’ll find numerous tourist attractions, including two natural swimming areas, three reservoirs, several villages (among the most beautiful in Spain), an observatory, river headwaters, hiking trails, solar-powered boats, canoes, museums, and the longest swimming pool in Europe… just 40 minutes from the source of the Mundo River, among many other attractions. Just 4 minutes from the Jaén Air Festival, though you’ll be able to watch the pilots fly right from home, as the back terrace—"the jewel of the house"—offers one of the most beautiful views of the Sierra.
