B&B Il Mare di Terrasini

I booked this as my last stop before heading to the airport, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience for my last few days! The location was ideal (close to the airport, without feeling like it!), the room was spacious, beautifully decorated and very well maintained, as were all the common areas. There were lots of things to choose from for the breakfast. The hosts were kind, welcoming and always helpful. Glad to have found this little gem, I will definitely be back.

Best B&B stay we have had. 3 rooms available, an upstairs kitchen & balcony. Here breakfast is available, plus general use throughout the day & evening. Guests fridge , plus selection of nibble foods. The rooms all have large comfortable beds, ample storage, also a tv which has utube & Netflix, a lovely relax after walking all over this beautiful town & surrounding areas. Giada & her dad run this amazing establishment, nothing too much trouble, Giada speaks perfect English , (love’s turtles, which are now hatching in Sicily) Sit with a bottle of chilled wine & a takeaway roast chicken from Coccinella Pizzeria e polleria.,eat in or take away.. Our entire stay was fantastic! Everything was perfect! Communication with the host was quick and easy. An arranged transportation from the airport to the B&B made this stress free. We had lots of recommendations around the town, and every suggestion was great! Giada gave us a great tour of the property and we knew we would have the best time here. Amazing view from the bedroom balcony, very authentic Italian feel! Every inch of the property was spotless! Breakfast was very peaceful. Another amazing view from the Terrance. Homemade bake goods were some of the best we’ve ever had! We regret only staying one night here. On our next Sicily vacation we will be staying here again 100%!

Well appointed property within 5 minutes walking distance of good restaurants and about 10 minutes from the beach. Very helpful owner assisted us with car service to the Palermo airport and train station. Breakfast is self serve with in a large kitchen, with coffee, various cakes and cookies, yogurt, sliced meats and eggs (to cook) and is available from 4 am. Substantial street noise at night but the air conditioning with fan at full setting created enough white noise to drown most of it out. Excellent terrace to sit (and smoke). Very good value for money.
