Cozy and spacious ground-floor apartment, just a few meters from the sea in Varazze.
The accommodation opens onto an entrance hall that divides the various rooms. On the left is the living room furnished with dining table, TV, balcony, double sofa bed and a second simple sofa; from here you can access the independent kitchen equipped with a second dining table, dishwasher, oven and kettle.
The sleeping area consists of two rooms, the first equipped with a double bed, and large closet, and the second with a double bed, TV and single sofa bed. Finally, two bathrooms with shower and bidet complete the layout of the apartment.
Amenities such as wi-fi connection, washing machine and heating will be available to guests.
*Guests will be able to use a garage for a fee within the property.
