Located within the gates of Silver Dunes Condominiums, offering a relaxing, safe, and wonderful vacation getaway in this Gulf Front unit (non-smoking) with unmatched privacy and breathtaking panoramic views of the gulf, the pool, and the one acre “green” courtyard.This unit is located on the fourth floor in the C building. It is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit with a king, queen, double bed, and a sleeper sofa. Will sleep 8 people. Washer and dryer and other upgrades, Blue-Ray in living room and granite counter tops. This unit overlooking beautiful views of the beach, grassy courtyard and pool. You can access this unit by stairs or using the elevator. Non smoking
Beach Service – If you didn’t pre-reserve beach chairs, just stop by the beach hut or call the Excel team at In addition to chairs and umbrellas, Excel offers kayaks and paddle boards for rent, as well as an assortment of snacks and drinks.
Tennis, Basketball, Pickleball, and Shuffleboard – Forget your gear? No worries, you can check out rackets, balls, and more at the front desk at no charge!
Grilling Out – In the busy months of spring and summer, many families opt to grill out rather than go out. We have eight charcoal grills available. There are several seafood markets nearby, including Blalock’s which is just a block to the west (p.s., their tuna dip is a must try!).
Fitness Center – Did you know we have a fitness center in the Penthouse building? Just stop by the front desk to borrow the key.
Family Activities – There’s always something fun on the itinerary at Silver Dunes:
• Annual Easter Egg Hunt in the Courtyard – Easter Sunday, 9 am in the courtyard
• Scavenger Hunts – Throughout the Spring – for children of all ages! Just stop by the office to pick up your scavenger hunt necessities. Once you’ve collected everything, stop back by the office to pick a surprise from the Silver Dunes treasure chest!
• Movies in the Courtyard – Bring a picnic blanket, your beach chairs, and join us on Mondays at dusk throughout June and July. We show a different family-friendly movie each week.
• S’mores Nights with Live Music at the Pool –Wednesday nights are awesome at Silver Dunes! Throughout June and July, the firepits will be out, s’mores roasting, and tunes playing!

Repeat rebooker here. Always lovely staying here as the views are our favorite part. Well stocked kitchen. The main complaint is there is still old furniture on the patio and rusted and broken drying racks. Otherwise, we'll definitely be back!

We have been coming to Silver Dunes for over thirty years, that tells you how we feel about Silver Dunes. In the front office,Amber, Mary Lou, and Derek, made everything about our reservations was correct ( we have never had a problem). The maintenance crew Andy and Ben, took care of any issue we had. ( one cabinet door messed up). One night the lights over the charcoal grills went out. Ben made sure they were working the next night. We have only positive comments about Silver Dunes and the staff

Beautiful view!! We have stayed at Silver Dunes many times and never been upstairs. We loved having coffee on the porch! Our two complaints are that the bedrooms need better curtains. We had to buy black trash bags and tape them over the window so our kids wouldn’t wake up at 6am every day. We also felt like there was too much furniture in the condo, making it cluttered.l and very hard to move around with a family. We had a fabulous time at the condo and will return again!

Rental was nice, however they need to replace the patio table and chairs. It is completely rusted and ruins clothing or towels that touch it. Also, the tubs did not drain well. Location was perfect. Exercise room was not great. Could use updating.
