立地：本当に最高で、日常生活に必要なものはすべて徒歩数分の距離にあります。
設備：必要なものは一通り揃っていて、特に困ることはありませんでした。
清潔さ：お部屋もとても清潔でよく手入れされており、洗濯機や冷蔵庫、電子レンジなどもすべてきれいで、問題なく使えました。
安全性：建物のセキュリティもしっかりしていて、女性一人の私でも安心して過ごせました。
面白さ：ロフトスペースがあり、居心地が良かったです。ロフトへは付属のハシゴを使って上り下りできます。
次回も友達を誘って、もっと長く滞在したいです！

The location is perfect—everything you need is within walking distance. The apartment is spotless, well-equipped, and very comfortable. I especially loved the cozy loft area, which felt like a private little retreat. The building is secure, so I felt safe and relaxed throughout my stay. While the loft ladder might be tricky for elderly guests, it’s fine for most.
I feel lucky to have found this place last-minute. Considering the location and the price, everything deserves a full score. Next time, I hope to stay longer and visit the local market to buy fresh fish and cook in the lovely kitchen.

美栄橋駅も5分程度
コンビニ等も近い
入り口からドアが多い
タオル等は、自分で洗濯、交換なし
梯子が重く危ない。(女性に無理)
洗濯機の中が汚い
狭く、リラックス出来るスペースがない
