La casa è molto bella e molto comoda in una zona che a noi è piaciuta molto perché è molto vicina alla montagna di Chiang Mai, che si chiama Doi Suthep, per cui si possono fare delle belle passeggiate senza dover prendere i taxi. È una zona molto verde e molto tranquilla, e poi c'è la zona universitaria adiacente. C'è il mercato, per esempio, dietro la casa, che è molto carino. Si mangia molto bene, ci sono un sacco di negozietti simpatici. Per andare più nella zona centrale o nella città vecchia ci vogliono circa 20 minuti di taxi, quindi abbastanza facilmente raggiungibile, ma per chi vuole esplorare la parte centrale della città, forse è leggermente scomoda. La zona è molto tranquilla, molto sicura. La casa è in fondo a una strada senza uscita, quindi non c'è traffico.

L'unica cosa un pò spiacevole è che i bagni erano male odoranti, perché penso ci sia un problema di scarichi e di ricircolo dell'acqua un pò in tutta la zona. Non penso sia un problema della casa di per sé, è un problema probabilmente abbastanza diffuso. Abbiamo usato incensi e altri profumi per coprire l'odore. Comunque, alla fine, non era un problema, questa era forse l'unica pecca della casa.

The villa is spacious, beautiful, and tucked away at the end of a quiet street, making it a peaceful place to stay. Its location is excellent, with the night market and plenty of shops within easy walking distance.

There are a few maintenance issues that could use attention. During our stay, the tap in the master bedroom leaked continuously, the shower holder was loose, and a few doors couldn't be locked properly. There was also an occasional sewage smell coming from the bathrooms, which was unpleasant at times. The bicycles provided were a nice addition, but the tyres needed to be inflated before they could be used comfortably. These were relatively minor issues and didn't significantly affect our overall experience, but addressing them would help keep the villa in great condition for future guests.

The host is very responsive and helpful. She immediately replaces the faulty hairdryer within the same day. The entire villa is clean and location is perfect within walking distance to the night market and the reservoir. All of us had a good time staying in this villa.
