Coco59- Private 3BR Pool Villa

Could not be more happy with the service of the owner and the maid. From start to finish the owner was communicative. The washing machine had an error code E4 but I simply turned on the water valve and it worked. The pool was cleaned every 3 days which we didn’t need to pay. What we needed to pay for was the maid 800 baht each time (every 3 days) and she was very attentive and a genuinely nice person. One day I left the house and asked her to lock up before I left- she realised I forgot my key inside and left it somewhere safe for me when I got back. I left my pictures there when I checked out and was already in Phuket so they shipped them out for me to my new hotel. 10/10 service 🙏 The house was amazing, there was an aircon in each room which was a saviour in the humidity! Newly renovated 😍 Location was good too most places were 20-40 mins away but only due to crazy BKK traffic, luckily there is a train station 10 min drive to the BTS. Sooo many food places walking distance and a huge 711 around the corner with food stalls everyday!

The cleaning lady was attentive and did an excellent job. She responded to my messages faster than the landlord. The pool was cleaned regularly. I really liked the location because it’s a very quiet place 👍 no traffic noise or crowds.

We arrived at the agreed time, but we weren’t able to move into the house! The previous guests hadn’t checked out, and we had to wait for about 3 hours! This is terrible, and the host didn’t warn us about it or offer any compensation. The washing machine wasn’t working, and judging by the reviews, the host hasn’t fixed it in a long time, thereby misleading guests about the amenities available in his property. That’s extremely unprofessional. I’ve stayed at many places in Thailand, but I’ve never encountered such treatment of guests anywhere else.
