Nejlepší na tomto ubytování je lokalita, velmi blízko k vstupu do zábavní ho parku. Navíc okolo jezdí pravidelný vláček, když se někomu nechce šlapat asi 400 m. Ubytováním v blízkosti se člověk vyhne ranní špičce a koloně při příjezdu do zábavního parku. Velmi hezky pravená zahrada areálu, do které jsou chatky zakomponovány, udržovaný trávník, vzrostlé stromy, kvetoucí keře, vše velmi hezky opečované. Ubytování jsou kontejnerové mobilhausy, upravené jako malé domečky s terasou. Vše velmi čisté a funkční. Pro 2 denní výlet do fun-parku, zcela vyhovující. Veliké parkoviště u objektu. Ochotný správce, na místě se dá doobjednat opravdu vydatná snídaně.
Platí se za lokalitu, za ubytování podobné úrovně se obvykle platí o třetinu níže. Nicméně vzhledem k útratám v Energylandii tento rozdíl nejspíše zanikne. Navíc se ušetří za parkovné u parku. Za druhé blízkost parku znamená i ruch okolních parkovišť, se kterými objekt sousedí.
