We initially booked Flat 1, but upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to Flat 4. The unit exceeded our expectations—spacious, beautifully maintained, and incredibly comfortable. We loved it so much that we extended our stay. The service was impeccable, and communication was always clear and professional. It’s a lovely, peaceful place—perfect for families or anyone looking to unwind and recharge. Highly recommended!
Ladybrand nights can be quite cold, and while there was a panel heater in one room and a fan heater in another, having an electric blanket would have made the experience even more comfortable.
