Lock box was located at the property and I had clear instructions on how to access it.
No cover on glass door at the back,and curtains in the lounge room didn't cover the whole window.

Close proximity to town centre and services, Clean and cosy.
A bit dated, but okay. The cleaners need to do a thorough cleaning process and ensure that it's upto their standards if they were to stay there.

It is an excellent location. Able to walk into Stanthorpe across the bridge, just 5 minutes. There's a back gate on to the pedestrian track along the creek. The cottage is very cosy and warms up quickly with heaters and reverse cycle air con in the living area. There's a heater in the bathroom too. Good TV reception to watch the World Cup!
The toilet is separate from the shower area so it is a cold room. I'd love a wood burner for that country feel, but I knew this wasn't part of the experience when i booked. There were only 2 of us, it would be more of a squeeze with 6 staying there. The windows would benefit from thick curtains to keep draughts out.

The property is not one level there is a large step up from the bathroom area to the kitchen which it didn’t say in booking detail I had a person with mobility issues and was extremely hard going out to bathroom also the back door didn’t have a curtain so u were very exposed to out side going to the bathroom. Also the air conditioner didn’t go on hot it was extremely cold
