Die Aussicht über das Land bis hinunter an die Küste war einfach herrlich. So auch die unglaublich wohltuende Ruhe im Hotel und die Fantastische Freundlickeit und Zuvorkommenheit des vorwiegend nepalesischen Personals. Super!
Besonderer Dank gebührt folgenden Personen:
• Elmer (Rezeption): Zimmer Upgrade und Bereinigung der fehlerhaften Endabrechnung
• Clara, Jade, Ratan (Frühstücksservice): Jeden Morgen mit einem Lächeln, Witz und Charme auf alle Wünsche eingegangen und möglich gemacht
• Ajat (Housekeeping): Ging immer die Extrameile
• Sabina (Dinnerservice): Allergien wurden stets berücksichtigt und dies bei jedem bestellten Gericht mit der Küche diskutiert und Alternativen angeboten, sodass auf nichts verzichtet werden musste, passende Weinempfehlungen von lokalen Winzern
• Kelly, Maria (Spa): Sehr kompetente Auskünfte und effiziente Lösungen
Das Konzept des Wellness & Spa Hotels mit Fokus auf Longevity ist noch nicht ganz stimmig umgesetzt.
• Das Frühstücksbuffet entspricht noch nicht dem gesunden und ausgewogenen Level das es haben sollte. Ebenfalls fällt es im Vergleich zum Dinner in Qualität, Originalität und Rafinesse ziemlich ab.
• Ebenfalls sollte das Angebot des „Afternoon-Teas“ überdacht werden. Das Hotel wird dadurch von externen „lauten und gefrässigen“ Touristen geflutet. Das passt in dieser Form absolut nicht ins Longevity-Konzept des Hotels. Hier sollte eher eine elegante „English Afternoon Tea - Zeremonie“ eingeführt werden.
• Die Jacuzzies auf den Terrassen in den Suiten sind cool, nur stört das ständige „Durchwhirlen als Intermediate-Reinigung) die Ruhe bei Tag und Nacht.
• Die Gym-Betreuerin und Kursleiterin entsprach nicht dem Niveau und der Professionalität des Hotels. Hier sollte nach einer ruhigeren und empathischeren Person mit profunderen Kenntnissen und spezifischerem Wissen gesucht werden.

De vriendelijkheid van het personeel en de grote wellness. We kregen zelfs een upgrade van onze kamer. Vichan hielp ons geweldig en Natan was enorm hulpvaardig bij het ontbijt

Upon arrival, the hotel made a great first impression the terrace is especially beautiful. It was a bit disappointing that the outdoor pool was empty, as it took away from the overall picturesque setting.
The room, however, was fantastic and well-equipped with lovely amenities. We thoroughly enjoyed the spa, which was both relaxing and well-maintained. One small suggestion would be to offer waiter service around the outdoor spa loungers, as having the option to enjoy a beverage while relaxing would enhance the experience even further and maybe add some blankets to them, especially in winter.
Breakfast was delightful, and the service throughout our stay was truly superb.
The coffee machine was not working :( reported, but not fixed, and the AC made a sound every 2 hours, a little annoying at night. We were given a late check-out till 2 as a gesture of compensation.

We would like to mention that the staff were polite and professional, and we appreciated their behavior during our stay.
Our experience did not meet expectations for a high-end hotel. The initial room had issues with the toilet flush and jacuzzi, and the jacuzzi water did not feel clean and contained insects. After waiting for a technician, the issue was not resolved and we had to change rooms. The breakfast was also disappointing, with a limited buffet selection and poor organization, including no system to indicate occupied tables, which led to an unpleasant situation.
