Café da manhã satisfatório, e foi sendo melhorado pela anfitriã, na medida que íamos fazendo nossas solicitações; sistema de calefação do apartamento é perfeito, é banheiro tem água quente de verdade, e de forma muito rápida. Isolamento térmico é acústico também é perfeito
Devido ao fato de apartamento ser no terceiro andar, de não ter elevador; mas na minha opinião isto não condena uso do imóvel. Falta de um apoio p/ pelo menos uma mala grande, quando necessário p/ manipular roupas, local no armário c/ espaço p/ cabides, p/ manter algumas roupas sem amassar. Um segundo apoio p/ Shampoo dentro do box do Banheiro, numa altura menor e mais acessível, e de preferência do lado oposto ao chuveiro.
