Well-maintained appartment with wooden ceiling and cozy style

Huge spacious apartment, a lot of towels, smart TV , fully furnished kitchen , nice breakfast options (sweet options) , coffee machine, free parking on the nearby street.

Uncomfortable sofa in the TV room, uncomfortable ( difficult to step on) wooden stairs to the bedroom located in the attic, air conditioning only in the bedroom (other rooms will keep being hot), no information about how to check-in in advance (only when I texted the host directly)

Great stay in Busalla! The apartment was very clean and just a few steps from the train station, which was super convenient. The hosts were incredibly friendly and welcoming. made me feel right at home.

Non potevamo fare scelta migliore

Appartamento veramente ben curato, bello, pulito, accogliente e pieno di piccoli dettagli che dimostrano quanto il gestore ci tenga a farti stare bene. Non conoscendo la zona ho chiesto varie informazioni e ho sempre ricevuto velocemente supporta da Rebecca, gentilissima, disponibile e cordiale. Non potevamo fare scelta migliore.

Für uns war es eine ideale Unterkunt, einmal übernachten und weiterfahren. sehr zu empfehlen.

Wir sind spät ab Abend mit der verspäteten Fähre in Genua angekommen, und diese Unterkunft liegt ideal an einer Autobahnausfahrt, in knapp 30 Minutern erreichbar. Da wir am Tag darauf wieder weitergefahren sind, haben wir nicht viel Zeit aufwenden müssen. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön renoviert worden und für eine Nacht ein wahrer Luxus. Das Frühstück ist so, wie es in Italien ist, mit süsssem Gebäck. Für uns kein Problem. In der Küche ist alles vorbereitet gewesen, Kaffeemaschine, Milch, Tee, Wasser, etc. Parkplätze sind vor der Unterkunft vorhanden, leider war an diesem Abend ein Fest im Dorf, und darum der Lärmpegel etwas lauter. Unsere Ohrstöpsel habe da geholfen. Wir haben unser Auto aber trotzdem abstellen können, wenn auch nicht direkt auf einem Parkplatz. Das Bett ist sehr bequem, wir haben gut geschlafen. Die Vermieterin Rebecca ist unkompliziert und gibt sofort Rückmeldung auf Mails oder Whatsup's. Man kann zeitunabhängig in die Unterkunft hinein, somit das "Einchecken" auch kein Problem.

Zeer leuke comfortabele accomodatie maar de locatie is niet erg top.

Prachtig appartement, alle comfort. Ontbijt productjes werden zeer geapprecieerd. Treinstation zeer dichtbij wat erg handig was om uitstappen te maken.

Lawaaihinder, druk verkeer. Hierdoor kan je geen ramen openzetten. Ook veel last van de geur van uitlaatgassen. Mocht het appartementje op een andere locatie liggen dan was het top. Trap is erg steil en moeilijk voor oudere mensen.

Un'oasi pregevole nonostante quel postaccio di Busalla

Pulizia, spazio, e allestimenti a livelli di eccellenza. La casa è davvero grande e accogliente, e molto ben attrezzata.

La scala per accedere alla zona notte ha i gradini in legno molto vicini fra loro, e soprattutto in discesa è complicato percorrerla in sicurezza. Forse converrebbe modificarla sfalsandoli in maniera alternata. Altra cosa, il condizionatore è appena sopra il letto. Visto che è spesso indispensabile (la zona mansardata in cui si dorme è più calda) forse andrebbe ripensata. Anche quando le temperature lo consentono, le esalazioni del vicino impianto petrolchimico scoraggiano le finestre aperte.

V nouzi splnilo potřebu přespání, ale…

Prostorný apartmán. Skvěle vybavená kuchyně. Velké množství úložných prostor. Nové moderní vybavení.

Umístění přímo nad barem. Spaní je přímo pod střechou, která přenáší veškerý hluk z baru. Ložnice je na půdě s přístupem skrz příkré vratké schody. Příliš provoněno umělými vůněmi.

Casa ristrutturata a nuovo e con tutti i comfort, mi son sentito a casa. Rebecca molto gentile.

Bellissima ed accogliente! Ci tornerò!

Casa deliziosa! Bellissima, pulita, accogliente e con tutto quello che può servire (ed anche di più!!). Il papà di Rebecca mi ha accolta con acqua fresca e tempestività, nonostante abbia prenotato con pochi minuti di preavviso rispetto al mio arrivo (viaggiavo per lavoro ed ho prenotato dall'autogrill)! Gentilissimi e disponibili. Tornerò sicuramente!

Unica cosa forse le scale d'accesso alla stanza☺ nulla di trascendentale ovviamente! Sono bellissime in legno, ma forse leggermente strette e scendendo per raggiungere il bagno la notte ho fatto un po' fatica con la mia poca abilità fisica e con il mio piedone misura 40
