It was cozy, he was on top of things, and made sure everything was nice, neat and organized. Very friendly. It's near everything, and the lyft prices were incredibly cheap, but you could easily walk to places too if you don't want to waste money on Uber or lyft. Pretty much 20 minute walk
It took 30 minutes for the hot water to actually heat up. Also the neighborhood isn't the best for pets, but good for people that want a place at an affordable rate near everything. Also, I'm petrified of mirrors, but that's not his fault, I just have an irrational fear that was impossible to know without asking an odd question

We have stayed in most every area of New Orleans on our frequent visits—both hotels and short-term rentals—but this is our favorite house and favorite neighborhood. It was our second time staying here…it’s our favorite because we love the house itself—traditional New Orleans, tastefully updated but still cozy and charming. The quiet, safe neighborhood is centrally located to most anything we want to do. Friendly and helpful hosts. Street parking and Uber friendly (including Uber Eats:)
I guess we could nit-pick, but the only negative was having to leave!!! 😁
