Zona tranquila, moderno y tal como se ve en las fotos.
El disponer de aparcamiento te facilita las salidas con el coche.
Carolina, muy agradable, con una excelente atención.
Lo encontré limitado de espacio.
El menaje de hogar es el mínimo posible, sin un simple microondas

Studio muito cómodo, colchão confortável, moderno, limpo, vista agradável com varanda enorme, estacionamento privado...
Fácil acesso, seja autoestrada, transportes... Todas as comodidades, supermercados, restaurantes e etc, tudo perto.
Ausência de micro-ondas... Embora entendemos que o espaço seja pequeno, e não haja sitio para colocar.
O check-out poderia ser mais simplificado. Tirar a viatura do estacionamento/garagem, procurar um lugar na rua que era difícil, voltar a subir e deixar as chaves dentro de casa... Sugerimos um mini-cofre, chaves no correio..
Não é uma critica, visto que a garagem não tem abertura automática (digo eu)

Great location to explore Aveiro. Parking was a bonus. Convenient to Continente and train station. Very good staff member, Beatriz - responsive and willing to help.
Slightly confusing set up with the underground parking. Not owners fault but the building. Parking spaces have the same number for other building. Never found the gym so would be good to have a quick introduction to parking and gym when you have staff there so easier to find.

.El apartamento limpio.Cocina bien equipada.Armarios bien,para guardar todo.Sofa pequeño pero cómodo..A 15 minutos en coche de las playas y a diez minutos en coche de Aveiro.Parking en el mismo edificio.Y Continente justo al lado
El colchón pésimo,durísimo,se clavan también los muelles y se hunde en el centro.No he probado un colchón tan malo en mi vida,imposible el descanso.Puse queja al dueño y a Booking y sin respuesta.El lavabo muy pequeño ,la ducha normal con toallas,papel higiénico,pero no había ni gel ni champú (aunque me dijeron que si ).Andando muy alejado de Aveiro y por allí solo está el continente
