Špičková poloha, kúsok od mora, v centre diania. Prvé poschodie s výťahom, parkovanie v uzavretom dvore. Naozaj priestranná terasa na večerný oddych. Pomer cena/výkon úplne top. Veľmi ochotný prenajímateľ.
Zariadenie je už staršie. Všeobecne to pôsobí takým oldschool dojmom. Všetko je ale čisté a funkčné. Budova sa práve rekonštruovala, takže ráno bol trochu stavebný hluk a možnosti parkovania vo dvore boli dosť obmedzené ale nebola to prekážka.
