Bliskość do plaży i innych obiektów. Wygodne łóżka, przyjemna pościel. Klimatyzacja w każdym pokoju. Taras na dachu. Czystość na plus!
Zapach. W sypialniach czuć było nagminnie jakby dym tytoniowy. W pozostałej części wilgoć, brak wieszaków na ręczniki w łazience . Bardzo słabe wyposażenie kuchenne i nieprzyjemne pokrowce na krzesłach oraz brud pod nimi. Osobiście uważamy że cena jest lekko zawyżona w porównaniu do innych obiektów i ich standardów w promieniu 300 m ( wynajmowaliśmy w tym czasie 2 inne mieszkania dla przyjaciół w niższej cenie przy lepszych udogodnieniach i wyposażeniu oraz widokiem na plaże)
