1) Equipement cuisine complet (lave linge, vaisselle, couverts, matériels pour cuisiner) 2) Appartement traversant confortable (lit, netflix) et lumineux, au dernier étage d'un petit immeuble, avec accès au rooftop pour secher le linge 3) Gardien efficace, petit parking utile en sous sol 4) La plage exceptionnelle est accessible facilement, notamment pour courir le matin ou avec sa surfboard
1) Le prix vu les defauts ci-dessous 2) 2 balcons : l'un donnant sur un aperçu mer mais surtout sur les aérateurs des restaurants, l'autre donnant sur rue avec un magasin de location de karts laissant leurs moteurs allumés 3) Vis à vis et pas de magasin alimentaire proche 4) Bruit de la climatisation avec souffle important
