La ubicación es excelente, muy próximo la centro de la ciudad. El apartamento es muy amplio aunque encontramos habitaciones cerradas con llave a las que no pudimos acceder. Encontramos el apartamento limpio y ordenado.
Fuimos en diciembre y las instalación de calefacción fue muy insuficiente: pasamos mucho frío. Los radiadores eléctricos apenas tenían potencia y la luz saltaba cuando encendíamos varios a la vez. El anfitrión dispuso y sobre de jabón líquido por persona, insuficiente para nuestra estancia de tres días.
