Obassys View

It was very clean, very well equiped apartment for a long stay, excellent location - max 1 hour drive to each part of island, very close to Argostoli (where you have many options to eat, walk or for shopping). We have stayed for 12 nigths, and we would choose the same place each time we would visit Kefalonia. It was silence, the apartment is big, the terrace is also very big, and the view is nice! We had many stays in Greece, and also many ither countries, and this apartment is no 1. Thank you very much Maria! We had a wonderfull stay!

Everything was perfect!

One of the best experiences I've ever had during my trips. And i travel a lot! We arrived very late, and Lady Maria welcomed us with a very warm smile and a lot of patience. Many thanks for the entire support and kind care! The house is fabulous, a very beautiful and unforgettable view! The house is new, designed with a lot of good taste, quality in everything and very comfortable! Comfortable beds, the sofa is perfect, the kitchen, the amazing balcony with the view! EVERYTHING! And, not to forget, parking lot. That was more than i could wish! I felt like in a 5* hotel. Better, i guess! The house is close to the Monastery of St. Gherasimos, and also close to Argostoli. We will definitely come back here again!

It was absolutely perfect stay! Maria was wonderful host! She helped us with everything we need. She's there for any questions and recommendations what to see and where to go. House is much more beautiful than pictures show, and the view from the terrace was absolutely amazing! Pictures can't show the real beauty of the accomodation and views, where ever you look. We felt like home, because house is full equipped with everything you could possibly need. Maria thought of everything. She even left snacks, food and drinks in the fridge, so you don't have to think about it first day. That was huge surprise! Every part of the house was spotless clean. Bed was very good and comfy. Plenty of room for clothes in the bedroom. We never slept so good and long before. It was extremely quiet, especially during the night. Perfect for sleeping, even for lite sleepers. Bathroom is beautiful and not tiny like in almost every other place. Kitchen was fully equipped. Living room have beautiful view of Argostoli. Huge balcony with sitting area, and also for eating with the view. Amazing! You have everything - dishwasher, washing machine, iron... There is also private parking with shade, so you don't have to worry about getting in hot car. They thought of everything! Neighbors are very nice and welcoming. Village is very beautiful. You have very cute cafe shop with excellent coffees and homemade cookies and sweets (it's also a shop, so you can buy whatever you need). Argostoli is 5 minutes with car, so everything was realy close. I don't know what else to say except - you must go and see! We will back again, that's for sure!

There was nothing not to like.

We were so lucky to find availability for a few nights at the gorgeous Obassys View at short notice. Maria was the most welcoming host you could ever hope for. The house is stunning. With the most amazing views. All newly refurbished. It was unclear whether the 2nd bedroom was a double bed or two singles as the photo at the time showed it made up as a double but indeed they can be separated into two singles. Maria was very quick to reply to any queries and reassured us that everything would be as we needed. Beds were very comfortable. Very large amount of wardrobe space in both rooms. The apartment is in a residential area of the village with lots of friendly and welcoming locals. One lovely neighbour left us a bowl of her fresh figs from the her tree to welcome us. Maria was delightful and very proud of her home and genuinely loved to share it with us. She was very responsive to any query we had while we were there. I would definitely recommend. It is in a great central location away from hoards of tourists in a cute little village.

Nothing at all. Except our stay at Obassys View was too short!
