Très joli et pratique

Le canape et le lit un peu petit.

Excellent location with a variety of tube stations within a 10 minute walk. Westfield shopping centre 2 mins away. Small local supermarkets available for supplies. Small flat suitable for a couple. Ideally 5’5” max height if you want to use the shower stood up. Decor pleasant and modern. Variety of kitchenware and utensils. Fridge (no freezer compartment), 2 pan hob and small oven (not used), new toaster, kettle and microwave. Washer/dryer with a few wash tabs. Ample seating and big TV. Bed comfy, bed settee less so.

Top floor fine, but staircase narrow and difficult to manoeuvre large luggage (may say this in the description). Couldn’t stand up straight in the shower (I’m 5’7”) No welcome tray - stayed in many many apartments and they’ve always left a few tea bags / pint of milk etc as a minimum. Doesn’t have to be fancy but some basics like salt and pepper would be welcome and cost pennies. Flat was very warm due to heat wave, but with the velux open and fans going it was about bearable. Overnight it was necessary to close the windows and wear earplugs to block out the street noise (sirens / delivery bikes). Generally the flat is due a deep clean. Surfaces and paintwork are a bit grubby. The cistern in the bathroom had a fault and the owners were helpful and responsive. We also reported the key safe wasn’t secure as was the external gate so no doubt these will be investigated. And finally we had to leave a day early due to no fault of the owners- there was a sewage leak in another part of the building resulting in no water being available. The owners processed a refund quickly and fairly which is very commendable.
