La propreté du logement , la décoration de l'appartement qu a été faite avec beaucoup de goût. L'emplacement de ce bien permet de visiter le château à pied.
Le logement est en bord de route , il est difficile d'ouvrir la seule fenêtre de la pièce principale sans être vu par les passants. L'autre fenêtre donne sur une cour intérieure où sont entreposées les poubelles.

Très proche du Château d’Azay-le-Rideau (5 mn à pied) et de Villandry (15-20 mn en voiture). Logement spacieux et facilité de communication avec le propriétaire. Literie très confortable.
Maison peu lumineuse (une seule vraie fenêtre mais qui donne sur une route très passante et bruyante). La salle de bain et les toilettes ne sont accessibles qu’en passant pas la chambre « enfant ». Nous avons pu nous garer facilement sur une petite place en face de la maison mais je pense que ça n’est pas toujours forcément facile pour se garer.

Pour accéder au WC, il faut passer par une chambre + la salle de bain Pour accéder à la salle de bain, il faut passer par la même chambre que précédemment. Cela est assez pénible pour ceux qui logent dans cette chambre.
