Spokojna lokalizacja. Samoobsługa. Raczej czysto. Nowocześnie, loftowo. Na wyposażeniu czajnik, kawa, herbata, cukier, kubki, łyżeczki. Duże, wygodne łóżko. Lampki nocne. Dodatkowe ręczniki, szamponiki, mydełka. Stromy dojazd zimą odśnieżony i posypany.
Zimno. Ogrzewanie włączono tylko na początku oraz potem jeszcze raz, podczas interwencji. A to wszystko, kiedy na zewnątrz zimą temperatura spadała do -16 stopni. Woda pod prysznicem była tylko dwa razy ciepła. Poza tym tylko zimna. Zimno, zimno, zimno. Zimno i wilgoć - woda spływała z okien zalewając całe parapety. W pokoju brak jakiegokolwiek wieszaka.
