The apartment is lovely and well located. However, it was a bit difficult to find, so a clearer description or directions would be helpful.

The main issue was the check-in process. The day before our arrival, I called the owner to ask whether it would be possible to check in earlier, as we were travelling by car with a 1.5-year-old child. She told me that checking in at 11:00 a.m. would be fine. When we arrived, however, we were told that we could only check in at 12:00 p.m. We waited in the parking lot, sitting on the concrete in the heat, until around 1:30 p.m. Travelling with a small child made this particularly difficult. During that time, we were not offered a place to wait indoors with air conditioning, nor were we allowed to use the property’s private beach while waiting. After the apartment was finally ready, I was informed that the official check-in time was actually 2:00 p.m. This was frustrating because we had specifically discussed an earlier check-in in advance. Had I been told that early check-in was not possible, we would not have started our journey at midnight with a toddler in order to arrive earlier.
