Courteous owner, manager and staff, 2 min walk to Sree Padmanabha Swamy temple, clean facilities.

This location suits guests who get dropped off and picked up by car/auto. Suited me. Guests who need parking facilities should check with the manager about availability.

Excellent location to visit Sri Padmanabhaswami temple - literally a 2 min walk. Very close to some good vegetarian eating places too. There was a nice swing just outside our room on the top floor - gave it a nice homely touch. Owner Mr. Suresh is very warm and takes extra care to make the stay comfortable. He proactively gave information about restaurants, temple darshan timings and contacts of taxi/auto providers. Other staff are also good.

Approach road is really narrow - so, if planning to self-drive, it may not be too comfortable. No attached restaurant - so, need to plan our food separately. We visited in peak summer - so, we felt the AC in the top floor room was struggling a bit to cover the entire room. Mr. Suresh was pretty responsive to the complaints and tried to set it right immediately. Bedsheets were stained - though they were clean - probably time to get a new set.
