I like the location- closed to where I wanted to go during the day. I like the area because it is very quiet and calm. I like the house, the host provides a lot of amenities in the house, even water dispenser. If you like to cook, the kitchen has everything - pots, woks, oven, bread toaster, etc. The host provides washing machine, which was very handy. And there are PLENTY of plugs to charge whatever gadgets you have.
None really. Unless if you really don't like squatting toilet, which is clearly stated before you book the place, there is no bad to not like about the place. Or maybe the second room doesn't have airconditioned, but they provided two fans (ceiling and standing fans), so, really no problem.

Its clean and comfortable. Restaurants, retail shops and pharmacy are all nearby within minutes.
One of the toilet are squatting toilet.
