It was easy to find the keys but I'd have liked to have someone meeting us and showing us the place to review all

Property well furnished and equipped 🍽️🔪🎛️ Fantastic location, overlooks the sea 🏊🏄🌊 Large, sandy beach ⛱🏖🏖️ Area not overly commercialised ✔ Nearby supermarkets 🛒🛍️ Local bars and places to eat 🍷🍺🍝🍤 Local town, El Vendrell, within 15 min walk 🚶 Bus services to further afield 🚍 Train station 25 minute walk 🚂🚃🚃🚶 Open~sided, cheap (2.50€) tourist~train bus service every evening 🌇🎉

The check~in / key collection service was abysmal !!!😨😠😡🔑🗝️ No problems with Booking.com, very good responses 💯%✔🖒 Just the road name, of the accommodation location, was given when booking. Road is 2 km long! 🛣️😒 There was no contact at all, from the person handling the property, for two months after booking the accommodation 😯 Person handling the property was contacted 14 days before occupation. No response!!😯 Booking.com gave property owner's details at a different location. On arrival at local airport, property handler was contacted in 3 languages, for property address and check~in procedures. Response was JUST 'hello' 😲 Further requests were made, partial property address given, 3 hrs. later!!! 😨 Still no info on key collection 🔑🗝️😡 EVENTUALLY, rendezvoused with property handler outside accommodation block. Keys collected and full accommodation address obtained 😓😓😓 No follow~up courtesy contact re. any problems or issues. Eg. not all lights in working order 💡🚫😟
