    Stayed in a couple of these since being on the road and really enjoyed our stay. The containers are comfortable and always a good place to rest.

    Highly not recommended hotel. We arrived very late in the evening of a cold night. The staff told us they cannot find our booking. We tried to show all booking evidences, but they still not able to find it and they have no spare room to fit us. Hotel staff told us to call Agoda to check which is terrible as Agoda has no contact no!!!! We are kinda panic coz most of the hotels are very full on that night and the weather is so cold outside. It would be a hectic for us to urgently find a place to stay. After a long while, they told us our booking is for only 1 night which is not possible as indicated so clearly in the booking confirmation. After they spent a lot of time again making phone call etc. looking here and there. They claim now our booking is only for a single person room. This is completely insane. After almost like 45 minutes, the hotel staff confirmed they found our booking and we are good to go. It is a terrible experience and make us so worry, nervous while the hotel system is so messy and wasted us so much time. The hotel staffs so inexperienced. Gave us the room number, etc. but didn't hand over the key card. We have to go back and get it. Then we found the room only has 1 pillow while we book for 2 pax. Isn't it amazing???! Definitely the kind of hotel that we want to avoid in the future.
