big communal spaces, big kitchen, very close to the beach, easy parking, friendly block, nice big porch, plenty of toilet paper.

second bathroom was tiny, couldn’t stand up all the way. no ventilation in bathrooms and no air freshener so we had to get our own.

There is only one bed, the "sleep sofas" in the LR and second bedroom are modular couches. The pieces move while you are sleeping and they are both stained badly all over. The second bedroom is up a VERY narrow staircase. Both bathrooms are tiny and the sinks are miniscule. No water pressure in bathroom off of kitchen and no mirror. Bathroom sink in bedroom fills up immediately and doesn't drain. The shower head in the bathroom off the kitchen is VERY low, had to squat to wash my hair. Mat in bedroom bathroom shower is dirty. Bathmat and tub in bedroom bathroom are dirty. Blinds didn't go all the way down and we couldn't find a way to lower them. No window coverings in the kitchen. The TV didn't work. Texted twice, no response. Lockbox is very hard to open to get keys.
