È silenziosa ed economica.

Andrebbe fatto un bel lavoro di ristrutturazione o manutenzione: maniglia della porta d’ingresso mancante, lucernario del bagno non apribile perché non funziona il motorino. La cucina è molto deteriorata ma funzionante. Fuori, all’ingresso ci sono pensili vecchi accatastati: insomma non è una bella accoglienza.
