Great location, super comfy and clean. Easy check in and out process

Ubicación muy buena, ya que estaba a 3 mins de la parada de metro de Monastiraki y del centro de Atenas. El estudio muy amplio y nuevo. No había mando de aire acondicionado y esa misma tarde vinieron a instalarnos uno, por lo que el personal, en especial Michael, muy amable y eficiente. Insonorización muy buena.

Las zonas comunes daban miedo llenas de materiales de obra, el ascensor sin puerta interior.

Abbiamo soggiornato all'Ermou Boutique Studios durante la nostra visita ad Atene e, nel complesso, l'esperienza è stata positiva. Il punto di forza della struttura è senza dubbio la posizione: si trova nel cuore di Monastiraki, uno dei quartieri più vivaci e, allo stesso tempo, tra i più sicuri di Atene. Da qui è possibile raggiungere a piedi tutte le principali attrazioni della città, oltre a ristoranti, locali e negozi. Il self check-in è stato semplice, veloce e ben organizzato. Le istruzioni ricevute erano chiare e ci hanno permesso di accedere alla struttura senza alcuna difficoltà. Nel complesso, consigliamo la struttura per la posizione eccellente e la praticità del soggiorno, con l'auspicio che venga dedicata un po' più di attenzione a questo dettaglio. _________________ We stayed at Ermou Boutique Studios during our visit to Athens, and overall we had a positive experience. The biggest advantage of this property is definitely its location. It is situated in the heart of Monastiraki, one of the liveliest and safest areas of Athens. From here, you can easily walk to all the main attractions, as well as many restaurants, cafés, and shops. The self check-in process was easy, straightforward, and well organized. The instructions were clear, and we had no trouble accessing the property. Overall, we would recommend this property because of its excellent location and convenience, while hoping to see a bit more attention given to this aspect in the future.

L'unico aspetto che ci sentiamo di segnalare riguarda la biancheria. Le lenzuola e gli asciugamani presentavano alcune macchie e, per questo motivo, abbiamo preferito dormire senza utilizzare il lenzuolo superiore e la coperta. Siamo convinti che si sia trattato di una semplice disattenzione, ma crediamo che un controllo più accurato della biancheria prima dell'arrivo degli ospiti renderebbe l'esperienza decisamente migliore. ________________ The only issue we would like to mention concerns the bed linen and towels. Unfortunately, both had visible stains, and because of this we chose not to use the top sheet or the blanket while sleeping. We believe this was simply an oversight, but paying a little more attention to the cleanliness and inspection of the linen before guests arrive would make a significant difference to the overall experience.
