The toilet pan was not cleaned Only 2 towels were provided for a 5 night stay The floors are extremely slippery - this is not normal. Need to improve on the utensils especially when guests are staying is a self catering unit The freezer has not been defrosted for a while now - full of ice.

Bed sheets and duvet were clean and the bed was comfortable to sleep on.
The coffee is stale and is mixed with sugar. The inside of the toilet pan was not properly cleaned. The shower floor had hair all over and the shower is blocked. The bathroom mirror is dirty. There was no dishwasher detergent. The outdoor chairs cushions were so dirty we couldn’t even use them. The diffuser also needs to be refilled. Your property is nice, you guys could do better.
