A clean, modern, spacious apartment with excellent facilities. Andy welcomed us to introduce the apartment and appliances. He also gives a generous gift of some drinks and snacks. There are some lovely features such as the hidden vanity in the bedroom and underfloor heating in the bathroom. The development is quiet and peaceful with a pool area, cafe and Spar on site. Town is about a 10 minute walk downhill.
Be prepared for an uphill walk when returning from Carvoeiro town!

Andy est venu nous accueillir en personne, pour nous remettre les clés et nous présenter l'appartement. Il avait préparé des denrées de bienvenue pour ne pas avoir à se précipiter pour faire les courses. De très bons produits. Par ailleurs tous les produits ménagers étaient présents en quantité pour utiliser le lave vaisselle, le lave linge et entretenir l'appartement. Cet appartement est neuf, très bien pensé, très pratique et tout est en parfait état de fonctionnement et très confortable. L'appartement est très propre, Il est bien exposé, lumineux. Le quartier est calme et animé en même temps. A 15 minutes à pieds du centre ville. Pas besoin d'utiliser la voiture. Il y a un parking au bas de l'appartement. La résidence est agréable. Des supermarchés à 10 minutes de voiture. Une petite superette de dépannage sur place si besoin. Des restaurants également. Et la piscine : super agréable.
